Notice of Third Quarter 2015 Financial Results

Amsterdam, Netherlands, November 6, 2015 - Nord Gold N.V. ("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified low-cost gold producer, will announce its IFRS results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015 on Tuesday, November 17, 2015.

Telephone Conference and Q&A Session

The Company will hold an analyst conference call on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 12.00 pm GMT (3.00 pm Moscow time). The presentation will be held in English and will be made via a telephone conference with an accompanying webcast.
